Overview

PrimeEventZ is a modular, end-to-end event management platform designed to replace fragmented tools with a single, scalable system for launching, managing, and tracking complex events. Built for municipalities, nonprofits, and community organizations, the platform integrates registration, volunteer coordination, sponsor and vendor management, outreach, and analytics into one workflow—reducing operational overhead while improving engagement and revenue outcomes. AI-powered features like conversational event creation and automated workflows help organizers move faster, operate more efficiently, and focus on delivering high-quality experiences rather than managing logistics.

I joined PrimeEventZ as Head of Product and Strategy, where I lead product definition across the platform, design core workflows and dashboards, and drive the development of AI-powered tools such as KickStartZ and PrimeVolunteers—from early prototypes through live deployments with real event organizers.

Product Development: Case Studies

KickStartZ — AI-Powered Event Creation Assistant

  • Challenge: Creating an event website is time-consuming and often intimidating for first-time organizers. Event setup required manual entry across multiple forms, leading to drop-off, inconsistent information, and long onboarding times—especially for community-led or volunteer-driven events.

  • Solution: I led the end-to-end development of KickStartZ, a conversational AI assistant designed to dramatically simplify event creation. Starting with rapid prototyping in Python, I built an NLP-based flow to extract key event details—such as location, timing, category, and volunteer needs—from unstructured user input. I then worked closely with the UI/UX team to translate the conversational outputs into structured, publish-ready event pages. The final system connects a natural-language onboarding experience directly to PrimeEventZ’s event infrastructure, enabling organizers to generate fully customized event websites in minutes. KickStartZ was deployed on the PrimeEventZ platform and tested by real users to validate conversational clarity, accuracy of extracted details, and end-to-end event creation flow.

Event AmplifierZ — Unified Event Operations Dashboard

  • Challenge: Event organizers were juggling multiple disconnected tools to manage participants, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and communications. This fragmentation increased setup time, created coordination gaps, and made real-time visibility nearly impossible during live events.

  • Solution: Based on direct feedback from event organizers, I defined the user needs and core workflows for Event AmplifierZ, an all-in-one dashboard that centralizes event operations. I led the product definition for participant engagement, volunteer task scheduling, sponsor and vendor onboarding, and post-event reporting—translating organizer pain points into a modular interface that scaled from small community events to city-run programs.

PrimeVolunteers — Mobile Volunteer Management App

  • Challenge: Volunteer sign-ups, check-ins, and service-hour tracking were largely manual or spreadsheet-based, leading to errors, poor transparency, and high administrative overhead for organizers—especially during large events with rotating shifts.

  • Solution: I designed the end-to-end process flow and wireframes for PrimeVolunteers, a mobile app that streamlines volunteer discovery, sign-up, shift selection, and check-in/out. The experience was intentionally designed to reduce friction for first-time volunteers while giving organizers real-time visibility into attendance and hours logged, improving accuracy and trust across volunteer-driven events.

Customer Acquisition, Adoption, and Traction

Beyond product development, I led hands-on customer acquisition and platform adoption by working directly with cities, nonprofits, and event organizers to deploy PrimeEventZ in live environments. I owned onboarding, configuration, and in-field rollout, ensuring the platform delivered measurable operational impact across diverse event types.

  • Cities & Municipalities: Led deployment of PrimeEventZ for the City of Miramar’s Coffee, Chocolate & Culture Expo, digitizing volunteer management end-to-end for the city’s first paperless volunteer workflow, supporting 20+ volunteers and achieving a 75% improvement in operational efficiency.

  • Municipal Events: Orchestrated full-platform deployment for the Unity in Diversity 5K with the Town of Southwest Ranches, integrating registration, ticketing, volunteer management, sponsor onboarding, and race timing for 250+ runners, 70 volunteers, and 25 sponsors, reducing administrative workload by 60% and improving race-day efficiency.

  • Nonprofits & Cultural Organizations: Supported adoption for the Punjabi Association of South Florida’s Lohri Event, onboarding 500+ attendees, 40+ volunteers, and 18 vendors, contributing to increased attendance, 15% revenue growth, and 50+ staff hours saved.

  • Chambers of Commerce: Enabled recurring networking events and fundraisers for the India-US Chamber of Commerce (South Florida), supporting 10+ months of events, driving a 2× increase in participation, 30% revenue growth, and saving 10+ organizer hours per event.

  • Enterprise & Government Sales: Presented enterprise demos to city leadership, positioning PrimeEventZ for city-wide adoption with projected 10–20% cost savings and expanded reach to 140K+ residents.
